Teaching Assistant - Level 2 - SEND Resource Base - Ashton, Tameside

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in the Ashton area of Tameside. This long-term role is within the school's SEND Resource Unit, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a nurturing school environment where your contribution will make a real difference to pupils' education and development. The role also has the potential to lead to a permanent school contract for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Have experience supporting children with SEND, particularly in a small group or resource base setting

Be patient, empathetic, and resilient

Be committed to helping pupils reach their full potential
