What You'll Do:
As a Pension Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the New Business Team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Processing and managing new pension applications with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborating with clients, advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation to uphold compliance standards.
Responding to client inquiries with a cheerful demeanour, providing top-notch service every time.
Assisting in the development of new processes and initiatives to enhance our service offerings.

What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Previous experience in pension administration or a related financial services role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with pension administration software.
