You will play a key role in ensuring new PCB designs meet performance, reliability, and quality expectations before and after release to manufacture.
The Role:
+Develop and execute verification test plans for new electronic designs.
+Define test requirements to maximise PCB assembly coverage and validate against specifications.
+Design, build, and document custom test equipment for engineering and production use.
+Diagnose faults to component level across complex electronic assemblies.
+Lead structured root cause investigations for recurring or production-related failures.
Key Skills and Experience:
+HNC (or higher) in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
+Minimum 3 years’ experience within a product development and/or manufacturing environment.
+Strong ability to interpret schematics and understand functional circuit blocks.
+Experience fault-finding to component level and producing structured investigation reports (e.g., 8D or similar).
+Solid grounding in analogue, digital, embedded, and power electronics.
+Proficient with laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, signal generators, etc.).
Join a team where your engineering expertise directly shapes the performance and reliability of advanced high-performance electronic systems used in critical infrastructure and technology applications worldwide.
