3 month contract, possible extension
Fancy working in the F1 industry, my client supplies the whole F1 grid and want someone like you to be part of their journey. The company who is flying at the minute, order book is stacking up and they're looking grow their team.
We need an experienced material planner to come in for an initial 3 months to help the busy supply chain team, they have had an influx of projects recently and need help in getting these up and running.
You'll be working for a company who are a leader in their field and dominate within their specialism. Key responsibility will be ensuring production have everything they need to deliver products to customers on time. In this role you'll be working very closely with other departments such as engineering, production, stores, logistics, to ensure that materials are available when needed.
What's Required:
MRP systems, any software considered but need to be used to using these systems daily.
Experience with work orders and purchasing on a day-to-day basis.
Will need to be coming from an engineering / manufacturing background.
They work with some World-famous brands, the majority of which are in the Motorsport industry however, they also supply products into the Aerospace, MOD and Marine industries so as you can imagine quality is of the upmost importance.
They have a specially kitted out workshop that you would be proud to show customers. This position will be working closely with the supply chain team who are a very hard working and dedicated group, so someone who shares that approach will no doubt thrive in this company.
