Process Operative
Location: Burton On Trent, DE14 2BG
Shifts: 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm
Pay Rate: £17.50
The Process Operative is responsible for the safe and efficient chilling, transfer, and processing of brewery and road tanker beer. The role involves operating and monitoring process equipment, carrying out cleaning and gassing activities on tanks and pipework, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all production activities meet quality, safety, and operational standards.
Key Duties
Operate and monitor beer chilling equipment.
Transfer brewery and road tanker beer as required.
Clean and gas tanks and pipework (mains).
Monitor beer movements and production processes.
Complete production records accurately.
Follow health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
Report any equipment faults or process issues.
Maintain a clean and safe working area.
Support daily production activities to meet operational targets.Skills & Experience
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial.
Ability to follow procedures and work safely.
Good attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and organisational skills.You can look forward to the following benefits:
