Senior Project Payroll Consultant | London | Hybrid | 4 months Temporary Assignment | £500 - £900 per day
My client, a prestigious organisation based in the City of London are currently seeking a Senior Project Payroll Consultant for a 4 Month basis.
This is a senior payroll consultant position that would be capable of assessing the current payroll operating model with a view to recommending a new/improved operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
Review the current payroll operating model end to end across process, governance, systems, service delivery, controls, and stakeholder accountabilities.
Identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and pain points
Assess whether the current model is the optimum setup for the future
Evaluate realistic future-state options
Recommend the most effective, efficient, and resilient payroll operating model for the future, that sits appropriate alongside our risk profile as an organisation
Provide a practical implementation roadmap for any recommendations made
Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and commercially sensible way
Strong experience in global payroll operating model review and redesign
Experience of outsourced payroll environments
Experience working across international organisations
Good judgement on governance, controls, service quality, and risk
Payroll transformation experience
HR systems knowledge
Provider selection or transition experience
Background in both strategy and delivery
