Senior Recruitment Consultant
£70k to £120k+ OTE | Hybrid | Flexible Hours | No Threshold
OTE: £75k to £120k+ depending on performance
Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days office and 2 days home
Hours: 39-hour week, with daily choice over your start and finish times
Commission: No threshold

This could suit someone currently working in a larger recruitment business who feels restricted by rigid processes, desk boundaries, limited flexibility or commission structures that do not properly reward performance.
Realistic earning potential:
We prefer to be open about earnings rather than use generic best-case figures.
A good recruiter can earn around £70k OTE.
A great recruiter can earn around £100k OTE.
A top-level recruiter can earn £120k+ OTE.
With uncapped commission and no threshold, your earnings are directly linked to your performance.
