The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant role are:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to final placements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Proactively source high-quality candidates using a variety of methods.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.

A successful Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant should have:
A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Experience in Sales or Recruitment previously would be beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and candidates effectively.
A proactive and results-driven approach to meet and exceed targets.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
