The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant role are:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to final placements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Proactively source high-quality candidates using a variety of methods.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends and salary expectations.

A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Experience in Sales or Recruitment previously would be beneficial
