Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all stages of mechanical projects, from conception and design to implementation and completion.

* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

* Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

* Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

* Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

* Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports to senior management.

* Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.

* In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, design processes, and construction management.

* Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software and tools.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

* Professional Engineer (PE) certification is an advantage.
