CIP/Cleansing Validation Specialist - Denmark based (onsite working) - 6 months initially - Market Rate

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning validation strategy, execution, and life cycle management for pharmaceutical, biotech, and food production environments.
• Conduct cleaning risk assessments, MACO calculations, and define scientifically justified acceptance criteria.
• Develop and execute CIP system requirements, riboflavin spray coverage studies, and equipment visual inspection assessments.
• Author and review validation protocols, reports, and qualification documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Troubleshoot cleaning and validation deviations, perform root cause analysis, and drive CIP optimisation to improve production efficiency.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' dedicated experience in Cleaning Validation and CIP within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or food production industries.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations, cleaning validation principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop validation documentation, protocols, and technical reports.
• Degree-qualified in Pharmacy, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline, with fluent English communication skills and willingness to work on-site in Denmark.
