Pay: £150–£230/day (DOE)

Luma Education Recruitment is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive school. You’ll lead lessons, manage behaviour, and support pupils of all abilities, helping them thrive in a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to SEN pupils’ needs across subjects and year groups
* Children from 8 – 18 years with a range of SEND. All pupils will have an EHCP.
* Maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
* Support pupils’ learning, social, and emotional development throughout the day
* Adapt quickly to new settings, following school routines and individual support plans
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in UK schools
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Flexible, adaptable, and confident working across year groups/subjects
* Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting
