Warehouse Team Leader - Temp to permanent

My client based near Costessey are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their fast‑paced team
In this role of Warehouse Team Leader, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor with day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including managing a small team, inventory control, order fulfilment and maintaining safety standards. This is a very hands on role.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a temporary to permanent position, and candidates must have experience leading a small team in a similar warehouse or fulfilment environment.

Warehouse team leader working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm

Due to location own transport is essential

Key Responsibilities

Communicate goals and deadlines to team members
Plan workloads and delegate tasks effectively
Create and maintain a productive working environment
Perform customer service duties, including direct interaction with customers
Share relevant business updates with the team
Work within the team with day‑to‑day operational tasks

Experience Required

Proven experience leading a small team within a fulfilment or warehouse operation is essential
