We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a leading social housing provider's Responsive Repairs Team, covering the isle of wight
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties.
Electrical fault finding, testing, inspection, and remedial works.
Fixed wire testing and certification.
Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems up to 230v/415v.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
Accurately completing certificates, reports, and job documentation.
Interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Delivering excellent customer service whilst working in residents' homes.Essential Qualifications:
NVQ LVL 3
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
C&G 2391-52 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent.Essential Skills & Experience:
Qualified electrician with experience in domestic and commercial electrical works.
Strong knowledge of electrical testing, inspection, installation, and maintenance.
Ability to complete certification and documentation accurately.
Experience working within social housing or responsive repairs environments is desirable.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
