Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a leading property maintenance contractor delivering refurbishment and maintenance works across the Isle of Wight.

The Role
Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across occupied and void properties
Inspection, testing, fault finding, and remedial works
Electrical upgrades and refurbishment projects
Completing certification and compliance documentation
Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with current regulations
Working closely with supervisors and other trades to deliver high-quality services
Providing excellent customer service within occupied properties
Maintaining accurate records using company systemsRequirements
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent preferred)
ECS or CSCS Card
Proven experience in domestic or refurbishment environments
Strong fault-finding and remedial experience
Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and manage your own workloadDesirable
Experience within social housing or local authority contracts
Asbestos Awareness
First Aid qualificationWhat's On Offer
