Location: Greater Manchester
Contract:Full-time, Long-term
Start Date: ASAP
Schools are looking for enthusiastic Primary Teachers with SEN / SEMH experience to support pupils with additional needs across the primary phase. This role would suit a teacher who can deliver engaging lessons while also creating a calm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
You will play a key role in helping children make progress academically, socially, and emotionally, while adapting your teaching to meet a range of learning and behavioural needs.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in primary settings.
Experience supporting pupils with SEN or SEMH needs.
Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills.
Enhanced DBS and references.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging primary lessons.
Adapt teaching to support individual pupil needs.
Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs effectively.
Promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
Work closely with support staff and wider school teams.
