A modern, independent construction consultancy based in London is seeking a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work across commercial, residential, mixed-use, and hospitality sectors within a dynamic, design-led environment. The Project Quantity Surveyor will join a team with a strong pipeline of London-based projects.

This role is ideal for a Project Quantity Surveyor looking to gain more ownership and client exposure. The Project Quantity Surveyor will benefit from working on varied, high-quality schemes while developing both technical and commercial expertise. The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The Project Quantity Surveyor will support and deliver projects from inception through to completion, covering cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. The Project Quantity Surveyor will manage valuations, variations, and reporting while working closely with clients and project teams.

Project Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
* Prepare cost plans, budgets and feasibility estimates
* Manage tender processes and procurement activities
* Undertake cost reporting, valuations and final accounts
* Administer contracts (primarily JCT)
* Monitor project costs and manage variations
* Liaise with clients and project stakeholders

Project Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
* 3-5 years' experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or main contractor
* Experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use or hospitality sectors
* Strong understanding of pre- and post-contract duties
* Experience administering JCT contracts
* RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Working towards MRICS or keen to achieve
* Strong communication and commercial skills
