Technical Coordinator - Kent (Hybrid)
A well-established residential developer is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join their growing technical team, supporting traditional build residential developments in Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable developer working under an experienced Technical Manager on a range of quality housing schemes, offering strong career development and flexible hybrid working.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinating design information across multiple residential projects
Managing external consultants and supporting the Technical Manager
Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
Assisting with planning conditions, building control and technical approvals
Supporting projects through pre-construction and delivery phases
Managing RFIs, technical queries and utility coordination

Suitable candidates will ideally have previous experience working for a residential developer or main contractor in a Technical Coordinator or similar role, with exposure to traditional build housing schemes.

Up to £55,000 plus package, alongside flexible working and long-term progression opportunities within a stable and growing business
