The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well-established pharmaceutical business, where quality, compliance and patient safety are at the heart of what they do. As Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring vital products are prepared and delivered in line with production schedules and regulatory standards
Your duties and responsibilities will be
Prepare and assemble production batches in line with approved documentation and scheduled manufacturing plans
Complete all production records accurately and transfer materials into controlled environments in compliance with procedures
Check completed batch documentation and confirm products meet quality and labelling standards
Ensure raw materials and components are organised and ready to support ongoing and next day production
Maintain clean, compliant work areas and correctly handle waste in line with GMP and housekeeping standards
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or regulated production environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, FMCG or a similar industry
Strong understanding of working to standard operating procedures and quality requirements
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet production targets
Confident communicator who works well as part of a team under pressure
Basic IT and numerical skills, alongside a sound awareness of health and safety practices
