Role Overview
Role: Finance Systems Business Analyst (Consumer IT Solutions)
Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)
Contract: 12 Months Initial Contract
Start Date: ASAP/Flexible
We are supporting a leading international organisation in their search for a Finance Systems Business Analyst to join their Consumer IT Solutions team.
This position sits at the intersection of Finance and IT, acting as a key partner to business stakeholders across Europe. The successful consultant will support ERP-related finance systems, drive process improvements, gather and translate business requirements, and contribute to ongoing transformation and automation initiatives.
The role offers exposure to international projects, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence how finance processes and technology solutions evolve across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT teams.
- Gather, analyse, document, and validate business requirements.
- Support and enhance finance-related applications and systems.
- Identify business challenges and recommend scalable technology solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders across multiple European locations.
- Support finance processes including:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Billing
- Invoicing
- Drive process optimisation, automation, and integration initiatives.
- Support ERP enhancements and implementation activities.
- Participate in system testing, deployment, and user adoption activities.
- Deliver training and ensure alignment with global standards and best practices.
- Support change management and business transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to international projects and travel when required.
Required Experience
Essential
- Minimum 3years' experience as a:
- Business Analyst
- Finance Systems Analyst
- ERP Analyst
- Functional Consultant
- Finance IT Analyst
- Strong understanding of finance processes:
- AR
- AP
- Billing
- Invoicing
- Experience working within IT or technology-driven environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- API, EDI, or RPA experience.
- Exposure to automation initiatives.
- ServiceNow experience.
- Manufacturing, packaging, or printing industry background.
- Experience working in international environments.
- Exposure to operational management systems.
