JOB ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and DVSA-approved MOT Tester to join our busy and dynamic workshop. In this role, you will carry out MOT inspections, diagnose faults, and ensure vehicles meet all legal safety standards. You will play a key role in maintaining quality control, working both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive approach to their work.
Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
Vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
Mechanical repairs and servicing
Health and safety compliance
Accurate record keeping
Use of diagnostic equipment
Brake, suspension, and exhaust checks
Emissions testing
Tyre inspection and replacement
Quality control and attention to detail
REQUIREMENTS
Valid MOT Tester Licence
IMI Level 2 / Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous workshop experience
Up-to-date DVSA training
Strong mechanical knowledgeS93
