The Opportunity

Office Angels are delighted to be working with a long-standing and valued client within the financial services sector to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their Glasgow team.

This opportunity will see you supporting a portfolio of clients, managing queries through to resolution, and ensuring a smooth, professional service at every stage. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships and delivering consistently high standards.

What You'll Be Doing

Acting as a key point of contact, building trusted relationships with clients

Managing queries from initial contact through to resolution in a timely, professional manner

Working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep processes running smoothly

Providing clear updates and confidently managing expectations

Delivering a consistently high standard of service across all interactions

Maintaining accurate records and supporting overall team performance

Seamlessly working across multiple portals, navigating systems efficiently to manage queries with speed and accuracy
