The Role – Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and generating new sales opportunities. You'll engage with key decision-makers, qualify prospective clients, and support the wider sales team in building a strong pipeline of business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to develop a long-term career within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify leads and arrange meetings for senior sales and business development consultants
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities
Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to maximise lead generation activity
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
Keep informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity developmentsWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, telesales, lead generation, or customer-facing sales role is desirable
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, driven, and confident in engaging with new prospects
Genuine interest in technology, IT services, or cybersecurity
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience using CRM platforms would be advantageousWhat's On Offer

£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission structure
Clear progression opportunities into Account Management or Business Development positions
