Monday to Friday; 8am - 4:15pm

Overview

Our client in Hixon is seeking x3 dedicated Production Operators to join their team on a temp to perm basis after a successful trial period.

This role involves operating various machinery, using hand and power tools, building structures of drawings and checking quality.

The ideal candidate will have machine operation experience in the timber industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The client is willing to train operators from various sectors as long as they have a good attitude towards work and willing to train.

You will be on your feet all day and this can be a physical job at times.

The environment is in a warehouse but temperature does fluctuate depending on the conditions outside.

Duties:

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
Conduct routine inspections and perform basic troubleshooting of machinery.
Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, adjustments, and maintenance tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to meet health and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
