Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

Generate and qualify leads, converting opportunities into new business.
Understand client requirements and present suitable insurance solutions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and business development activities.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience within a business development, sales, account management, or insurance-related role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and target-driven approach.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Confidence in speaking with clients both over the phone and face-to-face.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Insurance sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential for candidates with a strong business development background.
