Commercial Account Executive
Covering the Sheffield to Peterborough and North Norfolk patch home-based but required to visit the Head office at Rubery at least once a month.
Salary £65-70,000 per annum plus car allowance and bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Insurance professional to join a growing and ambitious insurance business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing a varied portfolio of commercial clients, and delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing existing client relationships, supporting new business activity, and contributing to the continued growth and development of the commercial division.

Commercial Account Executive key responsibilities include:

Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial and mid-market clients
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and understanding their evolving insurance requirements
Delivering high levels of service and tailored insurance solutions
Supporting new business opportunities and contributing to business growth
Working closely with internal service teams to ensure efficient onboarding and ongoing account management
Supporting the development and management of affinity partnerships
Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurer partners
Providing technical and operational support to colleagues where required
Contributing to process improvements and operational efficienciesThe successful Commercial Account Executive will have the following skills and experience:-

Minimum 3 years’ experience within Commercial Insurance
Proven experience managing a commercial book of business
Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Experience working within a sales and customer-focused environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Acturis
