The Role

As an Early Career Teacher (EYFS/KS1), you will:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons within EYFS or Key Stage 1.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues and year group partners.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

The successful Early Career Teacher (EYFS/KS1) will:

• Hold QTS (or be on track to achieve QTS by September 2026).
• Be passionate about teaching young children.
• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Be eager to learn, develop and embrace feedback.
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
