The Role

As an Early Career Teacher, you will:

• Hold QTS or be on track to achieve QTS by September 2026.
• Be passionate about teaching in either EYFS or Key Stage 2.
• Have high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement.
• Be reflective, enthusiastic and eager to develop as a teacher.
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
• Be committed to creating an inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
