Service Care Solutions are currently working in partnership with a growing and ambitious law firm based in Stockport, which is seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join its expanding legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor with at least 3 years' experience handling Housing Disrepair matters to join a firm that is experiencing significant growth and offers genuine career development opportunities. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception through to resolution, while providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
Key Responsibilities as a Housing Disrepair Solicitor:
Managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair matters, including pre-action and litigated claims.
Drafting and reviewing court pleadings, witness statements, schedules of works, and legal correspondence.
Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients regarding their rights and remedies.
Ensuring compliance with all court rules, procedural requirements, and deadlines.
Preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.About you as a Housing Disrepair Solicitor:
A minimum of 3 years' experience handling Housing Disrepair matters.
Strong knowledge of housing law, litigation procedures, and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.Benefits
