SAP Manager- Supply Chain

We are partnering with a globally recognised consulting firm to hire experienced SAP professionals at Manager, Senior Manager, and Director level in Switzerland.

These roles sit within a high-performing SAP practice delivering large-scale S/4HANA transformations across the Swiss market, with a focus on Public Cloud, Supply Chain, and Data Migration.

You would be:

• Working on high-impact S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Working within a top-tier, globally recognised consultancy firm.
• Working with C-level stakeholders and defining strategy.
• Supporting or owning sales cycles and RFP processes (SM/Director level).
• Driving solution design, delivery, and quality assurance.

You must be able to speak German at a fluent level to be considered for this role.

Do you have:

S/4HANA Public Cloud

• Deep experience in Public Cloud implementations (fit-gap, configuration, delivery).
• Strong track record in SAP-driven business transformations.
• Ability to lead programmes and engage at senior client level.

Supply Chain (S/4HANA)

• Expertise across procurement, manufacturing, SD, and supply chain processes.
• Experience delivering end-to-end S/4HANA transformations.
• Proven leadership of large programmes or multiple workstreams.

Data Migration

• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end data migration strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Advanced Data Migration (Syniti preferred).
• Ability to act as technical lead/architect, overseeing build, deployment, and quality.
• Background in consulting.
• Fluent German (essential) + strong English.
• Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate, with flexibility to work on-site.
