I'm currently working on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Customer Experience professiona. The role sits at the intersection of Customer Experience, Business Analysis, and Process Improvement, with a strong focus on customer journey mapping, stakeholder management, operational readiness, and cross-functional project delivery.

Key requirements include:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Customer Experience, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement role
Telecommunications industry background
Strong experience driving Customer Experience and Process Improvement initiatives
Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and operational readiness experience
UAT and go-live support experience
The position offers the opportunity to work closely with Product, Operations, Technology, and Customer Service teams to drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience.

Additional details:
Initial Contract Duration: 9 Months
Occupancy: 100%
Workplace: 3 days on site 2 working from home
