As finance Analyst you will be reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner working closely in supporting a variety of internal departments sharing financial insights. This is a great opportunity who is analytically minded who also relishes building internal relationships and relaying financial information.
What will the Finance Analyst role involve?
Support the delivery of month-end reporting
Assist with accurate cost recognition through accruals and prepayments
Maintain strong financial controls across reporting processes
Analyse expenses, comparing actuals against budgets to identify key variances
Investigate underlying drivers behind financial performance fluctuations
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and efficiency
Enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness through streamlined processes
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights
Support informed decision-making around financial performance and operational controls
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Analyst vacancy:
· Demonstrates relevant experience within finance and understands month-end procedures
· Possesses a solid grasp of core accounting principles, such as debits, credits, prepayments, and accruals
· Exhibits strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders across various levels
· Shows excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
· Is proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about identifying opportunities for process streamlining and automation
