Location: Colchester
Salary: OTE £30,000
Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm

Nolan Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a respected property company seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their growing team.

About the role

You will manage a portfolio of properties across Assisted Move and Part Exchange schemes, negotiate offers, liaise with buyers and vendors, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish. You will also provide regular market updates, complete Anti-Money Laundering checks, maintain accurate CRM records, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout each transaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of properties across Assisted Move and Part Exchange schemes.

* Provide regular feedback and market updates to vendors.

* Negotiate offers between buyers, vendors, and developer clients.

* Complete essential Anti-Money Laundering checks on prospective buyers.

* Produce accurate memorandum of sales and maintain compliant records.

* Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors, local agents, and internal teams.

* Maintain up-to-date records within the CRM system.

* Deliver excellent customer service and manage expectations throughout the sales process.

* Prepare weekly activity and property status reports.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage expectations professionally.

* Excellent verbal and written communication.

* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

* Able to prioritise workload effectively and manage a busy caseload.

* High level of organisation and attention to detail.

* Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.

* Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator.
