As Head of Commercial, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering this agenda. You will lead the evolution of commercial and procurement practices, ensuring they are aligned with organisational priorities, deliver value for money, and support innovation across the organisation.This role offers the chance to influence strategy at the highest level, embed best practice, and champion a progressive, values-driven commercial function within a truly purpose-led environment.

* Strategic commercial leadership experience within complex, regulated environments
* A track record of delivering transformation across procurement or commercial functions
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
