Psychology Graduate - Behaviour & Learning Support Role**
Primary School Setting | Full-Time Opportunity | Aspire People

Aspire People are currently seeking Psychology Graduates who are interested in supporting children with behavioural, emotional, and additional learning needs within primary schools.

This role is ideal for graduates who are keen to understand how psychological theories and child development principles can be applied within an educational setting.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with pupils who may require additional support with emotional regulation, confidence building, communication skills, and classroom engagement.

**The Role Includes:**
* Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
* Assisting with classroom learning and interventions
* Supporting behaviour management strategies
* Helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence
* Working collaboratively with teachers, SENDCOs, and support staff
* Encouraging positive participation and engagement in learning
