Full-Time | Term-Time Only | Aspire People
Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to gain valuable hands-on experience working with children before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Teaching, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or SEND support?
Aspire People are currently working with primary schools looking to recruit enthusiastic Psychology Graduates to support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your understanding of child development, behaviour, and learning within a real-world educational setting.
**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils with SEND within the classroom environment
* Delivering small-group intervention sessions
* Assisting pupils with emotional regulation and social development
* Working closely with teachers and SEND professionals
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement with learning
* Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds a Psychology degree or related subject
* Passionate about supporting children and young people
* Patient, resilient, and empathetic
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Interested in a future career within education or child-focused services
