Experienced KS2 Teacher - Full-Time Opportunity**
Long-Term Position | Aspire People
Aspire People are currently working with a welcoming primary school seeking an experienced **KS2 Teacher** to join their team on a long-term basis.
The school is looking for a strong classroom practitioner who can quickly establish positive relationships, maintain high expectations, and deliver engaging lessons that support pupils in reaching their full potential.
This opportunity is not suitable for ECTs. The school is specifically looking for an experienced teacher who can confidently take on the full responsibilities of a KS2 classroom from day one.
**The Role:**
* Full classroom teaching responsibilities within KS2
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the National Curriculum
* Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
* Supporting pupils of varying abilities to achieve their potential
* Creating a positive and structured learning environment
* Working closely with teaching assistants and leadership staff
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has recent experience teaching within KS2
* Strong curriculum knowledge across Upper and Lower KS2
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* Passionate about raising attainment and pupil outcomes
* Able to contribute positively to the wider school community
