Aspire People are recruiting an experienced **Upper KS2 Teacher** to support a primary school looking to strengthen their teaching team.
The school is seeking a confident and motivated teacher who can effectively support pupils through the challenges of Upper KS2, preparing them for increasing academic expectations while maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment.
The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to pupil progress and attainment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Delivering high-quality teaching across Upper KS2
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with curriculum expectations
* Supporting pupils with reading, writing, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
* Monitoring attainment and implementing intervention strategies where required
* Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining high standards
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

* Holds QTS
* Has recent KS2 teaching experience within a UK primary school
* Is confident teaching Upper KS2 pupils
* Has excellent behaviour management skills
* Demonstrates a commitment to pupil achievement and development
* Can quickly become a valued member of the school team
