A Day in the Life of Our Registered ManagerAs Registered Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care across services in London and the South East. You’ll champion best practice, ensure compliance, and drive high standards across all locations.
Your key responsibilities include:
Delivering Outstanding Care
Ensuring individuals receive personalised support that promotes independence, dignity, and inclusion, with care plans that reflect their evolving needs.
Driving Quality & Compliance
Overseeing CQC registration and ensuring all services meet regulatory requirements, maintaining safe, effective, and well-led services.
Leading & Developing Teams
Managing Deputy Managers and supporting wider teams through recruitment, training, and ongoing performance development.
Ensuring Accountability
Managing safeguarding, incidents, and complaints, while working closely with the Locality Manager to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance.
What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience as a Registered Manager is highly desirable.
Strong experience within Supported Living and Domiciliary Care services, particularly within the Learning Disability sector.
Sound knowledge of the adult social care sector and regulatory frameworks.
Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to oversee multiple services and teams.
Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service.
A minimum of 12 months remaining on your Right to work in the UK.
