A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy in Cornwall at Associate Director or Director level.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys building client relationships, developing business opportunities and having a genuine influence over the direction of a regional operation. You'll be joining a respected business with an established client base and a strong presence across the South West.
The position offers the freedom to shape your own workload while playing a key role in the continued growth of the business.
Key responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of professional surveying instructions
Acting as a trusted adviser to clients across the region
Developing new business opportunities and referral networks
Strengthening existing client relationships
Supporting and mentoring less experienced surveyors
Helping drive the growth and success of the regional team
Maintaining high professional and technical standards
The ideal candidate will have:
MRICS qualifed
A strong track record within private practice or consultancy
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Commercial awareness and business development capability
Experience managing clients and generating fee income
Ambition to play a significant role within a growing regional business
Package and benefits:
£70,000 - £90,000+ DOE
