Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Duration: Initially 2 weeks

Our international client based in Bootle, L20, is looking for a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to join their team on an immediate basis.

This role will initially run for 2 weeks, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and would suit someone with excellent communication skills, a professional manner and previous reception or front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

* Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately

* Managing reception emails and general enquiries

* Signing visitors in and out

* Handling post and deliveries

* Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area

* Supporting the wider office team with general administrative duties as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Previous reception, front-of-house or office administration experience

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A professional and friendly telephone manner

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Good IT skills

* The ability to work independently and use initiative

* Availability to start this Monday
