Are you a confident ER specialist who thrives on solving complex people matters and driving positive change? We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping a fair, compliant, and engaging workplace.

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters. You will lead on high-risk and sensitive cases, ensuring decisions are commercially sound, legally compliant, and aligned with organisational values. Alongside case management, you will contribute to group-wide initiatives, using data and insight to identify trends, improve employee experience, and strengthen organisational capability. This role combines strategic input with hands-on delivery, requiring a proactive approach to building relationships and driving consistent, high-quality ER practice across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience operating as an Employee Relations or HR Business Partner, supporting senior stakeholders
Strong, practical knowledge of employment law, including handling complex and high-risk cases
Ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
Experience in analysing data and identifying trends to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational delivery
