Key aspects of the role:
Working with the senior teams to deliver Social Housing frameworks and understand the industry.
Regularly visit sites to track progress, record variations, and support cost reconciliation to keep void refurbishments and regeneration projects within budget.
Assist in budgeting and tracking costs for phased regeneration works, ensuring value for money while meeting community and housing standards.
Assess and estimate costs for bringing empty (void) properties back to a habitable standard, including repairs, compliance upgrades, and redecoration.
What you'll need:
Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
2-4 years' experience Quantity Surveying
UK Driving Licence
Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.
Right to work in the UK
