Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Days: Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

What the Role Involves
As the first point of contact for the clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients and visitors have a positive experience. Your day-to-day duties will include:
*
Greeting patients and visitors warmly upon arrival and managing the sign-in process.
*
Answering incoming phone calls, handling general inquiries, and routing calls appropriately.
*
Booking, canceling, and rescheduling appointments using the clinic's digital system.
*
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and general administrative paperwork.
*
Maintaining a tidy, welcoming, and professional reception area.
What We Are Looking For
*
Communication Skills: An excellent telephone manner and a friendly, empathetic approach to customer service.
*
Organization: The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
*
IT Literacy: Confident using computers, emails, and booking systems (training on specific software will be provided).
*
Experience: Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or healthcare/admin role is highly desirable.
