Receptionist Administrator
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist Administrator to work 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday at our busy accountancy office in Basingstoke.
The Receptionist Administrator role will include:
* General reception duties including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls and dealing with them appropriately, arranging meetings, dealing with emails.
* Providing administrative support as needed, including setting up and maintaining clients on systems, preparing correspondence as necessary, dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
* Company Secretarial work as required, such as company formations, Confirmation Statements and dividend paperwork. Setting up and maintaining statutory files. Full training will be provided on this.
* Health and Safety support – arranging PAT testing and first aid/fire training, and organising/updating risk assessments and action plans.
What you'll need:
* The successful candidate will need to be friendly, approachable and have excellent communication skills.
* A good level of computer literacy is also required, including the use of the Microsoft Office suite
