Assembly Technician

Assembly Technician Required Borehamwood - Immediate Start Available

Daily Duties

Assembly of electrical components from drawings
Wiring of cables and looms
Crimping and basic soldering
Testing and quality management
Supporting warehouse team when needed
Signing for, unloading, booking in and putting goods away
Picking and packing customer orders ensuring the items are packed securely and safely and despatched together with the appropriate paperwork
Some assembly work prior to despatch
Keeping all work areas neat and tidy Requirements

Previous experience in electrical assembly
Ability to crimp and wire cables
Self motivated, reliable and can-do attitude
Attention to detail and can produce work consistently to a high standard
Good communication skills
Able to work alone as well as part of a team
Practical hands on approach and logical thinkerAdditional Info:

Hourly rate of £14.00-16.00 per hour
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4pm and 8:30am to 3:00pm Friday
