Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of students with complex needs? We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teachers to join our client schools from September 2026.

This rewarding role involves working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). Many learners are pre-verbal or non-verbal and rely on alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) systems, including communication devices, PECS, and visual supports. You will play a key role in helping students develop their communication, independence, and life skills in a nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Support and develop students' communication skills using AAC methods
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Support students with personal care needs where required, maintaining dignity and respect at all times
Monitor, assess, and report on student progressThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with students with ASD and/or SLD
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
A strong commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
