Nicholas Bernard seek a SAP ICSM Business Analyst for a long term assignment to start ASAP.

The SAP ICSM Business Analyst will work with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial, and External CMOs) to design, configure, test, and support ICSM solutions in the Deliver and CMO area.

The role focuses on translating process requirements into SAP configuration, enabling inbound/outbound collaboration with CMOs, and ensuring integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and partner systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Deliver and CMO processes, including order management, scheduling, ASN/receipt, batch information exchange, and invoicing.
• Design solution flows in SAP ICSM that support CMO collaborations, inbound logistics, and deliver functions.
• Configure SAP ICSM modules and support associated SAP components (SD, MM, EDI/PI/PO, IDocs, ALE, EM).
• Develop and validate integration scenarios with CMOs: EDI/XML/APIs, and file-based interfaces.
• Create functional specifications for development (enhancements, custom reports, interfaces).
• Lead system testing activities: unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; prepare test scripts and test data.
• Support data mapping and master data alignment for customers, vendors, products, batches, and logistics units.
• Collaborate with Change Management to create user training materials, run training sessions, and provide Go-Live/post-Go-Live support.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with basis and development teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, validated system practices, and audit requirements in all deliverables.
