Operating as a key sister company to an established, luxury bespoke housebuilding and construction group, they pride themselves on delivering flawless finishes and exceptional service across premium residential projects. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their close knit team based in the office.
The Role:
As the Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of the office, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the management team, project managers, and tradespeople to coordinate premium decorating projects and maintain excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Client Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and emails, handling enquiries from high-end residential clients with professionalism.
*
Project Scheduling: Coordinating diaries for decorators and project managers, booking site visits, and scheduling upcoming works.
*
Invoicing & Quotes: Assisting with the preparation and sending of client quotes, processing invoices, and tracking project expenses.
*
Supplier Coordination: Ordering materials, paints, and equipment, and managing relationships with key suppliers.
*
General Administration: Managing incoming/outgoing post, filing, updating the internal CRM/database, and ensuring the office environment is organised and efficient.
What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience in an office administration, coordination, or secretarial role. Experience within the construction, property, trade, or interior design sectors is a distinct advantage but not essential.
*
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional telephone manner.
*
Organisation: Superb organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
*
IT Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with accounting software (like Xero or QuickBooks) or scheduling software is highly desirable.

Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a small, dynamic team and can work independently.
