3 days a week onsite in Wilmslow - (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

36.45 hours a week (Core hours 10am - 3pm)

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our company vehicle fleet across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling fleet-related enquiries, maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and liaising with employees and external suppliers to ensure a smooth fleet experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident handling phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
