Job Title: Fabric Engineer (x2 Positions)
Location: Daventry (Power Contract)
Salary: £36,000
Employer: Leading UK Facilities Management Provider

Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for two experienced Fabric Engineers to join a large UK Facilities Management organisation, supporting a key power generation contract based in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a critical infrastructure environment where reliability, safety, and operational performance are essential.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality fabric maintenance services across the site, ensuring all building fabric and associated systems are maintained in excellent condition to support continuous site operations.

Key Responsibilities
You will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building fabric elements, including doors, floors, ceilings, walls, fixtures, fittings, and general site repairs.

The role will involve responding to maintenance requests promptly, diagnosing faults, and completing repairs to a high standard within a critical operational environment. You will also support minor refurbishment works and ensure all areas of the site are maintained in line with health & safety and compliance requirements.

Working as part of a wider FM team, you will ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to operations, particularly within a sensitive power generation setting.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure all materials and equipment are used safely and appropriately.

About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Fabric Engineer or in a general building maintenance role within facilities management, industrial, or critical environments. A solid understanding of building fabric maintenance and general repair skills is essential.

You will be practical, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Experience within power generation, industrial, or other critical environments would be highly advantageous.

What We Offer
- £36,000 salary
- Two available positions within a key UK power contract
- Stable, long-term roles within a leading FM organisation
- Opportunity to work in a critical infrastructure environment
- Training and development opportunities
